PRP 40 - Installation of Volume Monitoring Devices

Licence Condition
The licensee must install monitoring devices at Points 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 to monitor the volume discharged on a daily basis. Each volume monitoring device installed must be connected to a continuous logger to record the volume discharged. The licensee must provide written notification to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300 upon completion of the works, and advise the type of monitoring device installed (e.g. magnetic flow meter, level sensor, ultrasonic meter). Date for completion: 1 July 2014. Upon completion of the above works, the licensee must monitor the daily volume (in kilolitres) discharged at Points 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Note: Upon completion of the works above, it is the EPA's intention to include the requirement to monitor volume at Points 10 to 15 under a separate condition of the licence.
